Owner Financing
Typical monthly payment is $13.22 per $1,000 financed, 10-year amortization at a 10% interest rate — 12.33% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) when the 10-point charge is financed, or 12.58% APR if points are paid at closing — minimum 30% option money. No pre-payment penalty, no balloon.
Exceptional and oversized lots are priced individually.
All lots are guaranteed buildable, unless otherwise noted in the contract.
